The Ken Kilian Combos are smaller groups that play music suitable for more intimate events. The style of music can be the same as the larger groups, but with a smaller instrumentation. Cocktail or dinner music is a good option for these groups, and of course, a featured vocalist may be added to any combo.

Satin Jazz is one of the combos that features the vocal
stylings of the lovely and talented Sheila Cottrall, Terry Dillon
the "Lord of the Chord" on piano, and Ken Kilian on sax, clarinet,
flute, and various implements. Great for any occasion!

The Hot Six is the newest member of Ken Kilian
Musical Services, and offers a nice variety of music
in a six-piece format consisting of trumpet, trombone,
saxophone, and a rhythm section. This group will
perform anything from Dixieland to soft rock,
big band, to straight ahead jazz.
